Placing Your Order

Whether you want to pay with a credit card, check, PayPal, or money order, the shopping cart system will calculate your total: patterns and notions, shipping charges, and sales tax if you live in Texas. There are never any added charges for using these features. (I really don't like companies that do that.)

Insurance Options

Because of steadily increasing number of orders going astray once shipped, we're providing an Insurance Option. $2.00 will cover up to $500 worth of product for free replacement.  If you choose not to insure your order against damage or loss, Stitch Em Up wlll not be liable for product replacement. We strongly advise you to take insurance out on your purchases.

Finish placing your order using the secure online shopping cart with a credit card or PayPal. You may also choose instead print out the completed form and mail, or call us with your order. Foreign orders please only use credit cards or PayPal. If mailing a check or money order, please only make them out to: AnnMaries Specialties or Stitch ' Em Up!

Important

We automatically send a confirmation email after your order has been received and another letting you know when it ships.  If you have Spam Guard or another service watching your email and our notices bounce or we're notified we must fill out a form to send these notices - you will not be receiving confirmations. We simply do not have the time or help to do do this. So please add the needed emails to your address book.

All payment must be made in U.S.D (US dollar) funds.

Shipping Schedule and Fees

• Online orders are acknowledged within *24 hours of receipt of the order and notice of shipping is given at that time.
• Your order will normally ship within two business days of placing it. If there is any sort of delay we'll contact you immediately.
• Patterns and merchandise are shipped USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail.

*Stitch 'Em Up is closed at times during the year for retail shows and the occasional sanity saving vacation. Orders received during that time will be acknowledged and shipped within two weeks of our return to the office.

• All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt via USPS First Class mail.
• If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you as to your preferences.
• Shipping charges listed below are for United States.
• Additional postal charges of $3.00 will be applied to orders shipped to Canada and Mexico.
• Additional postal charges of $6.00 will be applied to orders shipped to all other International locations.
• If you require a special shipping method, or rush delivery, please contact us directly.

For orders under $50.00, regular shipping charges will be added. This is a limited time offer.

*Free Shipping only applies to regular First Class Mail shipped in the US. International order do not qualify for this free shipping offer.

Returns Policy

• Patterns and merchandise need to be returned unused, and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. (If you have a special situation, please contact us.)
• You must contact us before returning any merchandise for a RMA (returns merchandise authorization) number or your refund will not be processed.
• Orders over $15 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Please included a copy or your invoice with any return if possible.
• If your purchases were made by a credit card, a credit will be issued to your account within *three days of receipt of merchandise. (We can also mail a refund check if you prefer.)
• If the purchases were made by a check or money order, a refund check will be issued within *three days of receipt of merchandise. Note: your check will have had to have cleared the bank before issuing a refund.
• We're sorry but shipping charges are not refundable.
