Needed
Tree Skirt
- 2-1/2 yards background fabric
- 2-1/2 yards lining fabric
- 2-1/2 yards prewashed flannel or
batting
- 1-1/2 yards red Christmas fabric
for trim and binding
- 1/2 yard trim edging fabric (optional)
- 24" Velcro™

Appliques
- Fabric scraps for appliques
- 2 yards fusible web (Steam-A-Seam
etc.)
- 2 yards tear-away stabilizer
- Threads to match appliques
- Neutral machine embroidery thread
for bobbin
- Black, red, and blue fabric markers
- Six sheets tracing paper
- Metallic thread (optional)
- Beads and jewels for embellishing

Then take your fused together appliques
and iron the entire piece onto
your onto your individual quilt blocks. Now simply satin stitch all
the pieces into place and add any stitched
detail lines. Assemble your triangle
