A Roly-poly Kitty Wall Hanging
Cat-A-Funics, a funky name for an adorable,
whimsical kitty playing among the stars. We added
a moon or two and some brightly colored hearts!
The
wall hanging is very easy to make.
Our kitty is
also terrific on the back of your favorite
vest, shirt, or jacket. Finished wall hanging size:

Materials
Needed
- 1 yard print fabric for background
and backing
- 3/4 yard border fabric
- 24" x 27" batting
- 1 fat quarter for cat body and tail
- Fabric scraps for appliques
- 1 yard fusing web (Steam-A-Seam etc.)
- 1 yard tear-away stabilizer
- 2 sheets 11"x14" tracing paper (optional)
- Threads to match appliques
- Neutral machine embroidery thread
for bobbin

Very Simple
to Make
Fuse all your applique piece together.
Than take your fused together appliques
and iron the entire piece onto
your garment, wall hanging, table runner,
tote, or other project.
Now simply satin stitch all
the pieces into place. Add any
stitched detail lines, and embellish
as desired.
